# Wonkers and LALS > Wonkers is a web-based, on-premise-capable document platform for secure document browsing, management, full-text search, and optional AI-assisted search. LALS (Lexical Analysis Lemmatization Service) is a separately licensable Slovak-language lemmatization service that can be integrated independently into existing search and document systems. Wonkers and LALS are intended for document-heavy and security-sensitive organizations, including financial services, legal organizations, public administration, and enterprise IT. Both products are available for partner-led implementation and licensing discussions. Wonkers supports folder-based access control with inherited read and read/write permissions. Search, AI search, and AI chat only use documents the current user is authorized to read. Optional features and integrations depend on the licensed modules, deployment configuration, and user permissions. Wonkers can provide full-text search across document content, metadata, descriptions, tags, and, where available, video subtitles. It also supports document previews, OCR processing for scans and image-based documents, public sharing with configurable controls, document reprocessing, statistics, duplicate-file detection, and audit trails. Integrations and administrative capabilities can include WebDAV, WOPI, and Collabora Online. When a document is opened from full-text search, Wonkers can highlight matched terms in both extracted text and a searchable formatted-content rendering that preserves formatting and can preserve page layout. Users can navigate between highlighted occurrences with previous/next controls. If a match is on another formatted-content page, Wonkers first displays the relevant page and then scrolls directly to the match. Optional AI search lets users ask natural-language questions when they do not know the exact terms used in a document. Results can include an explanation and inspectable evidence. AI availability and the selected AI connection depend on deployment configuration; supported options can include a server-side OpenAI API key, a user-provided OpenAI API key, or a connected ChatGPT/Codex account. Do not infer that a particular AI provider, integration, or deployment architecture is included without confirming it with Wonkers. LALS converts inflected Slovak word forms to base forms, improving recall and relevance in Slovak full-text search. It can be deployed independently of Wonkers and integrated into document management systems, archives, knowledge bases, enterprise-search platforms, and custom applications. It provides REST endpoints for plain text and HTML, supports Apache Solr integration including diacritics and highlighting in formatted HTML, and can be deployed on-premise as a standalone HTTP service without an external database. Optional intelligent query expansion is also available. ## Partner opportunity Wonkers is suitable for system integrators and resellers serving customers with large document volumes, security requirements, and a need for implementation services. Partners can provide analysis, deployment, document migration, configuration, integrations, training, managed support, and SLA; commercial arrangements can include license resale, margin, or commission. LALS gives an integrator a smaller-scope opportunity to improve Slovak search in a customer's existing solution without replacing that solution. Partners can license or integrate LALS, provide search or Solr integration, deploy it on-premise, and deliver support.
